Tipping-installation for feeding of the wash-installation without damaging the products. The machine is developed for emptying crates with a content of 1 m3 by tipping them 135? with an elevator. A control system prevents overloading of the box-tipper. The box-tipper is driven by a 2 kW electro engine and operation is effected by means of a switch-board with hydraulic control.

The tipping-installation is connected with the wash-installation. The wash-installation is provided with a stainless steel wire-eyed belt with a total length of approx. 3,5 m and a width of approx. 100 cm. The frame-work is made of stainless steel "Aisi 304". The washing-belt is equipped with a complete wash- and spraying installation including tubes and nozzles. The wash-belt is driven by a 1,1 kW variator and stainless steel elevator belt.
