Ellegaard mod H101 / H102

H101_500The Ellegaard Substrate pot machines are based on an unique world patented system for production of substrate pots.
The pots are made of a degradable paper filled with a growing media. The paper facilitates a perfect root penetration.
The system is unique, because it handles the growing media so gently that the airy and fragile structure is maintained throughout the production cycle to the finished pot.
Ellepot can be produced with different types of growing media - peat, coco peat, perlite, pine bark, vermiculite, rock wool etc.

 
Ellegaard mod H111

H111_500The well-known semi-automatic Ellegaard machine type H101 has been constructed with a new design, for production of pots in one diameter from Ø15-50 mm and up to 5,000 pots per hour.

The H111 has the following advantages:
• less expensive investment
• easy working
• simple maintenance
• space saving

The H111 differs from the H101 in these fields:
• only one knife
• a fixed vacuum pump without filter,
- outlet has to be led outside
• no integration into a fully automatic production line

Ellegaard mod H301

H301_500The new developed semi-automatic substrate pot machine H301 is making JUMBO pots in diameters 80-120 mm.
Pots with diameters of 80-120 mm can be used instead of moulded plastic pots, being a very environmentally friendly alternative and are suitable as final consumption pots.
JUMBO Ellepots are ideal for landscaping, giving no root shock when transplanting and thus ensures continued growth of the plants.
The H301 machine is supplied with a standard tool set. The height of the pots and the density of the growing media are adjustable.
For a quick and easy conversion of the machine into other diameters, extra tools are available.
The H301 substrate pot machine can easily be integrated into a fully automatic production line.
