The UnoFlor and DuoFlor deleaving machines fit perfectly for processing small to middle sizes roses and many other flowers. The UnoFlor can deleave flowers fast and easy at one side of the machine.

The DuoFlor works on both sides. Therefore two employees can work on the machine at the same time.The UnoFlor as well as the DuoFlor have brushes with four combs. They both suffice the CE quality stamp and European safety conditions.

 The chrysanthemum harvester is suitable for harvesting chrysanthemums or other flowers, like in greenhouses using a monorail system. The machine works from the centre aisle in the greenhouse. The harvesting belt is coiled up in the machine and can be attached both to the right and to the left side above the flowerbeds. Upon harvesting the chrysanthemums are placed on the harvesting belt by the bunch.

 Flower processingline

The processing line with an imbricate effect can process roses, lilies and gladiolus. But it also handles summer flowers and mixed bouquets very well.

By choosing from different basic components each customer will receive a perfect adjusted machine.

Several combinations are possible: cutting, deleaving, binding, sleeving and again binding. The machine can also be expanded with a discharge conveyor.

This line can reach a capacity of 3,500 bunches per hour.

Round buckets and square containers can both be handled by the Bercomex MultiFill.

The programmed menu makes it easier to switch from bucket to container. The machine contains a transport belt that leads the buckets in and out the MultiFill.

The machine has a capacity of 600-800 pieces per hour which makes this a perfect device for import companies. 

Bercomex offers a solution to make the peeling of bulbs mechanically. Besides that Bercomex guarantees a long lifespan and low maintenance costs. The machine is well protected against dirt. It will be delivered with a strong drive mechanism and a heavy drive-chain. Due to the adjustable angle of inclination of the roller belt the circulation speed can be set for every product.

Deposit sachets of Chrysal T-Bags automatically in a bucket or container and therefor reduces the labour. The Bercomex T-Bag Dosingunit can make this happen. The sachets are seperated and carefully deposed in a bucket or container as soon as it is in the correct position. Adding flower food has never been more visible or controlable. Together with a transportingsystem a capacity of 1,200 T-Bags per hour is achieveable.
