In order to keep the labour and waste costs to a minimum, the automatic processing of these packaging and raw materials is essential. With the PL100, one can automatically process both bulk as well as compressed materials in packaging ranging from 5 to 100 litres, compressed bales from 50 to 400 litres, Big-bags and Big-bales from 1 to 7m3. The packing is not cut up or crushed in this process. As a result, the raw material is not contaminated. The raw material is loosened and sieved and then removed via a transport conveyor. The pallets are stacked in a magazine. The remaining foil will be collected separately and, if desired, compressed (option).

• Bags, compressed bales, wire bales, Big-bags, substrate bags, coir fibre bales, Big-bales, 55 cubic feet and wrapped bales
• Bulk or compressed raw materials with a coarseness of up to ø70mm
• Palletised packaging with a maximum dimension of 1.2 x 1.2 x 2.6 m (l x w x h)
• Non-palletised packaging. For this, the tilting unit has to be placed in the horizontal position. After this, the processing is done with a shovel, or in the case of bulk products, sieved in batches. Version and options:
• In the standard version, the infeed and discharge transport of the pallets and foil is done manually
• The raw material is removed using a horizontal transport conveyor
• The mobile version is equipped with coupling pieces, a plug and quick-action couplings for a quick assembly and disassembly of the installation
