THE BIG-BALE DOSAGE BUNKER DB40 is specially used for the automatic processing of the Big-bale. The product is brought back into the original structure and volume. The DB40 has proven in practice to be multifunctional, and only requires a small investment that will give quick returns.

The ML15 is a compact and mobile installation, which allows the market gardener to adapt a basic substrate or base material to the desired composition, whether or not in the greenhousenaar. The Big-bale dosing bunker feeds the installation, whereupon perlite or vermiculite, calcium, two fertilisers and a pesticide can be added. The whole dosing process is driven and controlled by a computer. Then the various additives are mixed with the basic substrate in a continuous process in the specially designed horizontally positioned mixing drum. After the mixing, water can still be added and the finished product is dosed directly into the pot-filling machine.

Since 2005 tree nurseries have experimented with growing in gutters, with the main target to dose water and fertilizer locally, directly at the trees roots.

A clever combination of the well known and prooven air-pot system and the gutter, led to today’s new development the gutter above ground level, at working height.

Together with the University in Wageningen a test-nursery’s in Holland has been testing this growth-method on several types of trees for the passed years.
